Event report: In-house exhibition ‘Sharing knowledge’

‘Sharing knowledge’ was the leitmotif of the first Clinical Solution in-house exhibition for hospital managers in Hildesheim

Over two days, specialist lectures were given by experts for specialists from the hospital industry. A personal exchange at the stands of renowned manufacturers and organisations took place as part of the industrial exhibition.

On 15 and 16 October 2024, Gebr. Heyl Vertriebs GmbH hosted the first event in this format. We at HeylNeomeris provide the greatest expertise for the deionised water required for the sterilisation process and presented our latest plant technology as well as a chlorine dioxide system from Emec for disinfection in clinical processes. Other well-known manufacturers, such as Miele, Geuder and KLS Martin, presented their products. Specialist speakers such as Awenja or OP-Service as a repair service provider complete the range. The Hohenstein Institute provided comprehensive insights into the topic of hygiene. Witherm GmbH, as an accredited testing laboratory, rounded off the exhibitor portfolio during these days. In a compact form, the transfer of knowledge from experts to those responsible for the instrument cycle was made possible.

The 15th of October 2024 was rounded off by an attractive evening programme.

The kick-off was a well-rounded event at which eight companies and around 50 participants and experts exchanged ideas.

The experts discussed interdisciplinary information, technical clarification and awareness raising in the field of surgical instruments and the sterility of medical devices used in daily surgical operations. Hygiene in general was also discussed.
