The Testomat® 808 SiO2 from Heyl Neomeris is a limit value measuring device specially developed for use in hospital sterilization systems for automatic monitoring of the silicon dioxide (SiO2) content in water.

Silicate filter cartridge T808 SiO2 for changing the double pump head

The T808 SiO2 silicate filter cartridge is used specifically for changing the double pump head in the Testomat 808 silicate limit value measuring device from Heyl Neomeris.

 

Here is some important information about it:

  • Intended use: The silicate filter is crucial for the smooth calibration of the Testomat 808 SiO2. It should be used when replacing the double pump head (item number: 40395) in order to achieve accurate measurement results.
  • Application: The cartridge filled with special resin is placed in the sampling line of the device before the inlet and removed again after the adjustment.
  • Durability: After initial use, the filter can be used up to 10 times within one year for calibration. After one year, it should be disposed of.

Please note that the calibration of the Testomat 808 SiO2 can only be carried out with silicate-free water.

Therefore, use the specially developed silicate filter cartridge when changing the pump head in order to achieve precise results.
