N-LF420 0-2µS conductivity meter for mixed bed cartridge monitoring in the clinical environment.
Conductivity Meter for Monitoring Mixed-Bed Cartridges in Clinical Settings
The conductivity meter “N-LF420” is designed to measure conductivity in ultrapure water (VE water). The measurement range extends from 0 to 2 μS/cm, and the measurement is temperature compensated to ensure high measurement accuracy.
To display the current measurement value, the device has 2 color LEDs (1 green and 1 red LED) mounted on the top. These LEDs visually indicate the measured conductivity.
The standard LED configuration is set as follows:
-
< 0.5 µS/cm = green
-
> 0.5 µS/cm to < 1 µS/cm = green/red blinking
-
> 1 µS/cm = red
The conductivity meter is equipped with an acrylic glass cover that diffuses the light from the LEDs, making the current LED status visible from a distance even in dark rooms. A screw thread of 3/4″ is provided (modifications can be made upon customer request). The operating limits are P max.: 6 bar and T max.: 50 °C.
The device is suitable for monitoring mixed-bed cartridges in clinical environments and is used to measure the conductivity in mixed-bed ion exchange cartridges. The integrated 4-20mA signal output allows it to be connected to a higher-level control system (NeoTecMaster®).
If needed, alternative measurement ranges can also be implemented.
